My definition of Happiness,

People always say, money can't buy happiness. But how true is that?
To me, happiness is within one's hands. Who they want to spread their happiness to? Will they allow people to behold their happiness? It all depends on individual.
There's a period of time, for approximately 15 months of my life when I'm in my 18-20s, I let someone to be my happiness. His approach, his touch, his words, his kiss, his hug, in short, his existence, makes me happy. When we quarrel, it feel as though my world is being teared apart. Basically, I allowed him to hold the reason of my happiness. But what happened when he left? This happiness, is brought away together with his departure.
My friends told me, he took away my sunshine. Because when he's with me, he is my sunshine. After he left, my sun is being blocked by dark clouds. My sky, is so gloomy that everyday, all you see is rain(tears). No one could really make me laugh, cause whenever I laughed real hard, I will end up crying (real hard too)
It took me long, very long, very very long, for me to find my sunshine back. Actually, the sun is always there, just that it doesn't shine due to those dark clouds crowding around it. Because of one special little one, made me realize a lot of things. This little one, showed me the way, guide me thru the dark clouds and found sun, and made it shine again.
Because of letting someone to hold my happiness, my whole world got torn apart when he left. I've learnt, I've grown. This mistake will never happen again...
And for people who thinks/say that money can't buy happiness, I guess, you're wrong. Because you've no idea what makes you happy. If you buy things you desire, don't you feel happy? If you pamper yourself, don't you feel happy? If you go for a good meal, don't you feel happy? Maybe it's for me, pampering myself, getting things I desire, or treating myself a good meal, makes me feel loved, that little happiness I give myself.
Just remember this, Happiness lies within one's hand. You hold your own happiness.
