Day 4 (5th Oct 2013),
Woke up at 6.30am (5.30am in Spore) as usual. Checked out from hotel and headed over to Osaka castle. It's a famous landmark, a popular sightseeing spot and a symbol of Osaka. And it's indeed a worth sightseeing spot to visit when you're in Osaka! And when we are about to depart from the castle, two girls from our group went MIA. Not really MIA but didn't report on time. What's worst is when their phones have no auto-roaming, so basically they're un-contactable. They only report after like 15 mins of waiting and panicking.

Walked over to the NHK Osaka Broadcasting Centre. Nothing much there though. And then we headed to have our lunch at another restaurant, a buffet style. I spammed on the chocolate fondue, ohwell, girls, love desserts!

After lunch, we headed to Daiwa House Central Research Laboratory. Experienced some techonologies that Singapore doesn't have, which are quite amazing. Japan with their amazing technologies. HAHAHAA!

And after Daiwa house, we headed to Asuka Village. Staying with our host family (our temporary papa and mama) It's kinda awkward at the start, cause we are worried that we will do anything offensive at their house, so we do everything very carefully. Communications with our "papa" and "mama" was difficult, cause their english aren't very good, and our japanese are at the basic level? AHAHAHA. So we are like having quite a hard time making conversations. And funniest part is asking if they have Wi-Fi access, cause we don't know how to speak Jap, neither do they understand what we are trying to say. HAHAHAH!

And before I went to sleep, had some "yoga" session with Yueyi. HAHAHAHA!

Day 5 (6th Oct 2013),
Finally, don't have to wake up at 6.30am (5.30am in Spore). Had awesome homemade breakfast by "mama", and she sent us off for our Asuka Village Programme. Cycled around Asuka Village and get to know the village a little more. Went to their temple, and the Ishibutai tomb.

After our lunch, we headed for our Agricultural Experience. Cut weeds, and also harvesting of sweet potatoes.

After which, we went back home and had dinner with our "papa" and "mama". And tonight, is a home made dinner. Made our own takoyaki balls, and sushis, and some grilled food! Awesome. We managed to communicate with our "papa" and "mama" easier that night. Even our language is still a problem, but we managed to understand the messages sent across.

Later that night, "papa" and "mama" brought us out for a portable shrine viewing. Headed home, and had an early night that day, cause we are all tired.
